1. What services does HappyGoTaxi provide?


We specialize in airport transfers in Kiev, Ukraine. This includes airport pickups from KBP (Boryspil International Airport) to Kiev City Center and IEV (Zhuliany International Airport) to Kiev City Center and back. You can rent a car with a driver or book trips within the city. However, most of our orders are for airport transfers. Essentially, we are a Kiev airport taxi company.  


2. How can I find my driver at the airport? 


When booking your airport taxi, you will specify what you would like us to write on the name sign. When the driver comes to the arrival hall, he will be holding a name sign with your name (or whatever you requested). That's why it's so easy to find the right person. If you have any problems finding your driver, you can always give us a phone call or request a callback on our website, and our dispatchers will help you find the driver.


3. What if my flight is delayed? 


Because we track your flight status, the driver will enter the arrival hall only after the actual arrival of your flight - even if it's delayed. There is no extra charge for this service.


4. What payment methods do you accept? 


We accept cash, and you can also pay for your ride with the credit card online. The official payment currency in Ukraine is UAH, but you can also pay for your ride in EUR, USD, or GBP. However, most of our drivers only have change in UAH.  If you don't have any cash on hand, our driver will gladly stop at the closest ATM for you. 


You can also choose to pay for your ride with the credit card online. Once your booking has been made, we will email your invoice with the payment link in addition to our booking confirmation email. If you decide to pay for your ride with the credit card, please make your payment beforehand.

7. Are there any hidden costs? 


Not at all. The price for the airport transfer in Kiev is a flat rate. This means you pay a one-time fixed price that isn't dependent on the traffic, your flight delay, or any other factors. The flat rate includes all parking fees at the airport, meeting you with the name sign at the arrival hall, tracking your flight status, waiting for you at the arrival hall for 1 hour, an English speaking driver, and a station wagon car for any additional luggage. In other words, our transfers are all-inclusive!


8. Can I get a receipt? 


After you pay for your transfer, the driver will give you a receipt. In addition, you can also request an official invoice in pdf format via email. 


9. What is the best way to get a taxi in Ukraine? 


For airport transfers, you have two options. The first option is grabbing a taxi at the airport, but at a premium price. The second option entails booking a taxi beforehand. This way, you're all set up for the trip in advance and it's much cheaper. In case your flight is delayed, you don't have to pay extra, as we track your flight status. 10. Can a driver help me with my luggage? 


Absolutely. Our drivers are always ready to help carry your bags to the car. However, we would appreciate if you make a note about needing assistance in the booking form, when booking your transfer.


11. Can I cancel my booking? 


Yes. In order to avoid any cancellation fees, please cancel your booking no later than 3 hours before your pick-up time. If you miss your flight and plan to catch the next one available, you can simply change the pick-up time and keep your booking.
